Return Policy:

Our business is built on customer service - a satisfied customer is our top priority. We make every effort to accurately advertise and plan all orders with our customers. Should there be a problem with your order we will work it out on an individual basis. Furniture as well as shipping charges are not refundable. 

Should there be damage upon receipt of a freight delivery, we instruct you to contact us immediately to help determine if we can send replacement pieces or if you should not accept the shipment so that it will be returned to us to fix or replace. 

Shipping:

Our furniture is shipped LTL freight. Being a small business also means we don't have the muscle power to have our own trucks and people to deliver throughout North America. The unloading and assembly will need to be done by the customer. Our furniture has been designed for easy assembly. Should your location be within a 2-3 hour driving distance we try to deliver ourselves when possible. 

Every Item is Unique

Because we are building made-to-order furniture from reclaimed materials, no two pieces are alike.  While your piece will possess the same design and similar colors to the listing pictures shown, the nature of reclaimed wood means your piece will truly possess one-of-a-kind features.  If you have any preferences contact us after purchase to customize your order.

Fulfillment Time

Purchase fulfillment times vary depending on the item purchased.   While hand made furniture takes time to build we do our best to fulfill all orders in as timely a manner as possible. Unfortunately, we can never guarantee a delivery date due to unforeseen events. For more information on lead times please contact us before you purchase.
